  1. The first and foremost step is to drink a lot of water. Drinking what helps your skin to get a glow. It cleanses your skin and helps to remove impurities from the blood. So, make it a habit to drink at least 2.5 litres of water.
  2. Try to exercise daily as exercise is good for your skin and your body as well.
    Practice yoga and meditation to reduce stress.
  3. Sufficient sleep plays a major role in reducing stress and keeping your skin healthy. Sleep for at least 7 to 8 hours daily.
  4. Let Sunday be your pamper time. Give some time to yourself, try different face masks or go for a facial. Always remember self-care is a must.
  5. Take out at least 10 minutes of the day and enjoy the activity that you love the most. You can also listen to soothing music and take walk on the terrace daily before going to sleep.
