SELF QUARANTINE: THE NEED OF THE HOUR

The world is facing a global crisis, many lives are at stake, and the coronavirus is spreading at a fast pace. China, America, the United Kingdom, India, Iraq, Italy, and many other countries are all struggling with this virus.

The most crucial factor that we should keep in mind is social distancing. In this fast-moving world where we party almost every day and go out for various reasons, getting locked in your homes is quite tricky.

WORKOUT SPECIAL

Randomly play a song and start dancing or listen to music on the loop. If you are a hidden singer, sing a song that you loved. This will help you in being energetic, calm, and relax. We all know gyms are closed so, why not work out at your home. Try to do some yoga or go for aerobics or cardio. Every type of exercise is available on YouTube and other free fitness apps.

We understand the time is hard, and every country is fighting against it. We need to act as a responsible citizen and follow some measures. Try to stay at home as much as possible, cover your mouth while coughing or sneezing, wash your hands regularly, carry a mask, eat healthily, and don’t forget to consult a doctor if you feel there is any symptom. Like every bad day, this shall too pass.
